Profile sign-in issues
This guide goes over Xbox Live sign-in issues with possible fixes.

This guide requires you to use app passwords to fix credential errors on the 360.
Step 1: Sign in
Head over to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional and sign-in.
Step 2: Enable 2FA
Once signed in, click on Enable Two-step verification. If you already have it enabled just goto the next step.
Step 3: Generate an app password
Now open the following link to generate an app password:
Click to generate app passwordhttps://account.live.com/proofs/AppPasswordYou will use this generated password to login on the 360.
